From Workshop Alumni to international GUESS Girl

When Anja joined our 4-Day Model Workshop Vol. 4, she was only at the very beginning of her modeling journey. She had little to no professional modeling experience, but she had one clear goal:
“I want to become a GUESS Girl.”
At The Modelinstitute, we took her by the hand from the very beginning and supported her with individual coaching designed to help her turn that dream into reality.
The intensive workshop weekend combined theory and hands-on practice, professional photoshoots, model training and personal guidance from Juliane Braun. Anja learned what it takes to work professionally in front of the camera, how to present herself with confidence and how to prepare for the next steps in the international modeling industry.

Just one and a half years later, Anja was booked multiple times by GUESS for shows and photoshoots in Marrakech, Los Angeles and Lugano. Today, she works internationally as a GUESS Girl and can be seen in campaigns, photoshoots and events around the world.
One particularly special moment in her career came when Paul Marciano, founder of GUESS, gave her a new name. Anja became Anna Sofia – the name she now uses internationally.
Her career has developed remarkably quickly. From taking her first steps at a model workshop to working internationally for one of the world’s best-known fashion brands, Anja’s journey shows what can happen when talent meets focus, discipline and the right support.
Behind every successful modeling career are countless hours of preparation, professional coaching, personal development and the willingness to constantly improve. Juliane Braun has supported Anja from the very beginning, providing individual coaching, honest feedback and continuous preparation for every new challenge.
Today, Anja is standing exactly where she once dreamed of being – and her journey is far from over.
