Information on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (The Modelinstitute, Hochstraße 21-23, 82024 Taufkirchen, Germany, Phone: +49 179 9492992, Email: info@the-modelinstitute.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically via our withdrawal form at:
https://www.the-modelinstitute.com/widerruf-button
If you use this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including confirmation of the content of the withdrawal and the date and time of receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.
