On June 27, 2026, everything revolved around Munich Fashion Week 2026. Together with Munich Fashion Week, we hosted an exclusive Model Workshop followed by an official casting – a day full of inspiration, new experiences, and exciting opportunities for our models.

Around 50 participants joined us to prepare for the casting. Our goal was not only to help them gain confidence but also to provide valuable insights into the fashion industry. Soon, from August 6–11, 2026, the selected models will take to the runway at Munich Fashion Week.

Learning from the Professionals

The workshop began with Juliane Braun, who shared her expertise in professional posing. Through hands-on exercises, she demonstrated the importance of body language, expression, and confidence in front of the camera while providing each participant with individual feedback. Next, Bouya, founder of Munich Fashion Week and Catwalk Coach at our Modelinstitute, led an intensive runway training session. Participants learned how to perfect their walk while gaining exclusive insights into the expectations and standards of the fashion industry. The combination of catwalk training, posing, and insider knowledge made the workshop the perfect preparation for the casting that followed.

Ready for the Casting

Immediately after the workshop, it was time for the official Munich Fashion Week 2026 casting, where participants had the opportunity to put everything they had learned into practice.

We are especially proud that many members of our Modelinstitute Family impressed the jury and were selected to walk at this year's Munich Fashion Week.

Another highlight of the day was the presence of fashion designer Pia Bolte, who took the opportunity to shoot part of her latest campaign on-site. Several models from our Modelinstitute Family were also selected to be part of the campaign.

The workshop and casting took place at the NIO Hub Munich, whose modern setting provided the perfect backdrop for the event. As an additional highlight, three NIO vehicles were raffled off, with each winner receiving the opportunity to drive one for an entire month.
