Fitness Coach
I've been passionate about exercise for as long as I can remember. When I was 15 and returned home from my first 8-day transalpine mountain bike tour, I decided to train with a focus on performance from then on.
I have had a passion for movement for as long as I can remember.
When I was 15 years old and returned home from my first 8-day transalpine mountain bike tour, I decided right then and there to start training with a performance-oriented mindset.
I quickly developed a love for combat sports (Muay Thai / MMA) and trained to compete in fights.
The older I got and the more injuries I experienced, the more aware I became of the risks involved in the sport, and the role of a "coach" became increasingly appealing to me. Eventually, I hung up my gloves to focus more heavily on my true passion.
As a result, I discovered a fascination early on for our musculoskeletal system—the "body"—its functional anatomy, and the expansion of both mental and physical limits.
Driven by the intention to deeply understand health, energy, biomechanics, and the profound structures of the body, I studied osteopathy for five years and subsequently earned my Bachelor of Science.
Since then, training and therapy have gone hand in hand for me, and the knowledge I acquired during my studies has drastically elevated me as a coach.
How we as human beings can constantly optimize our quality of life, our outlook on life, and our physical as well as mental well-being has become a major part of my calling.
Everyone deserves to feel the sensation of true joy in living, because that is what genuinely keeps us alive.
Training plays one of the most essential roles in this cycle.
We can show each other the way and walk parts of it together, but we can only achieve the absolute best results when both athlete and coach bring maximum motivation and discipline to make a change.
I really look forward to hopefully welcoming you in person soon!
