I'm Tiffany Winteler—the founder of Winteler Production, a model, and a producer with over twelve years of experience both in front of and behind the camera.

Through my work across modelling, production, social media and editorial projects, I have seen the industry from several perspectives: what models experience on set, what photographers need from talent, what brands look for when booking models, and what makes an editorial or commercial production feel truly professional.

Today, I produce photo and film projects for brands, agencies and creative teams, as well as editorials for a wide variety of premium international magazines. Through this work, I have developed a strong understanding of what makes a model valuable beyond appearance: preparation, professionalism, confidence, communication, adaptability and a clear sense of positioning.

My coaching focuses on the parts of the modelling industry that are often not explained clearly enough: how real productions work, how to become easier to book, how to make smarter portfolio decisions, and how to understand the difference between a beautiful image and an image that actually supports your career.

My goal is to give models a clearer, more realistic and more strategic view of their career, as well as practical tools they can use long-term to move through the industry with more confidence and intention.
