Past 4-Day Model Workshops

On this page, we take you behind the scenes of our past workshops. Here, you’ll find an overview of the topics we’ve already explored together, valuable insights from our participants, and plenty of inspiration for your own personal and professional growth.

Workshop Vol. 8:
NH Collection Munich Bavaria

From March 26 to 29, 2026, our Model Workshop Vol. 8 took place in a truly spectacular setting: the stylish NH Collection München Bavaria.

Thursday kicked off with a personal introduction and a first deep dive into the modeling world. Right after, we went behind the scenes with an exclusive Q&A session. Industry experts Doreen Leifheit from Most Wanted Models, special guest Elli Herfellner (who works internationally as a model), and head and model coach Juliane Braun shared honest insights and valuable experiences from the industry, answering all of our workshop participants' questions. The session was held in the breathtaking Skylounge on the 14th floor, offering a stunning, panoramic view over Munich Central Station.

Afterward, things got creative and delicious. Following a personal color consultation with Katrin Lehbruner, we hosted a cooking workshop with fitness coach Mario, where we prepared healthy and delicious bowls together.

Friday was all about expression, movement, and presence. During the catwalk training, the participants worked on strengthening their confidence and runway walk. The day was rounded out with essential modules on posing, acting, mindset, and fitness—with a workout session at the Eternity Health Club providing the perfect balance.

Saturday was dedicated entirely to hands-on practice. Professional makeup, intensive social media coaching, polaroid shoots, and creating personality reels equipped the participants with everything they need for their next steps in the industry.

As always, Sunday brought the grand finale. During the sedcard shoot with top photographer Manny Fontanilla—who joined us for the second time—stunning results were captured, complete with individual styling and professional makeup. Every single participant had the chance to showcase their best self and take home powerful photos for their modeling portfolio.

A huge thank you goes to our partners—Max Factor, NH Hotels, Triumph, Sloggi, Most Wanted Models, and the Eternity Health Club—who made this workshop possible.

Once again, this workshop proved just how much growth is possible in only a few days. Our participants leave this weekend with newfound confidence, invaluable experience, and a strong portfolio, fully ready to carve out their own path in the modeling world.

Workshop Vol. 7:
House of Communication

From November 27 to 30, 2025, our Model Workshop Vol. 7 took place in the inspiring atmosphere of the House of Communication in Munich, once again setting new standards for everyone looking to launch their career in the modeling industry.

Thursday kicked off with a holistic approach: together with Sabine, our participants dove into the world of holistic cooking. The dinner that followed provided the perfect opportunity to get to know one another and build initial connections—both among the participants and with the coaches.

On Friday, we started with Juliane’s introduction to the modeling world, immediately followed by a special catwalk coaching session with Bouya. Another highlight of the day was the exclusive Q&A session with Doreen Leifheit, founder of Most Wanted Models. She was joined by special guest Anja, a former workshop participant who now works internationally as a model for GUESS. Her story truly inspired everyone and impressively showed what is possible. The day was rounded out with essential modules on English communication, social media, mindset, as well as an intense workout session at Body & Soul.

Saturday was dedicated entirely to styling, expression, and camera work: professional makeup, individual styling including a color consultation, as well as posing and acting training prepared the participants perfectly. Another key highlight was the polaroid shoot with photographer Stefan Mirbeth in his studio. In addition, we created authentic personality reels—invaluable tools for future applications in the modeling industry.

Sunday marked the crowning finale of the workshop: a major sedcard shoot with top photographer Manny Fontanilla, who was flown in specifically for this event. With professional makeup and styling, we captured stunning results that perfectly showcased the individual beauty and growth of every single participant.

Even weeks after the workshop, our models are still raving about this unique experience. Many of them have already found their place in the modeling world, carrying the energy, knowledge, and confidence of this special weekend forward into their futures.

Katharina from Workshop Vol. 3

Three days spent at The Modelinstitute – countless experiences gained: Although our weekend was packed with activities, I never felt stressed or overwhelmed. Quite the opposite. I learned so much from each coach and gained insights into the modeling world that one would otherwise have to work in the industry for years to acquire. And not only that: I was able to immediately apply my newly acquired knowledge during polaroid and portfolio shoots, as well as my first job castings. For me, this was a unique opportunity that one simply must seize, especially at the beginning of a modeling career!

Raphael from Workshop Vol. 3

I came to the course as a complete beginner with virtually no experience in this field. Over the three days, I learned absolutely everything I needed to get started. You not only get to know the different areas, but you also meet the other participants in the course, who are at very different stages of their journey and whose tips and support were an enormous help to me. Juliane and her team are incredibly professional, know exactly how to bring out the best in you, and create a fantastic atmosphere where you can truly thrive. During the course itself, I was even cast for my first catwalk and photoshoot, so I was able to go from zero to 100% modeling and, as the icing on the cake, was signed by Mostwantedmodels/an agency. I couldn't have imagined a better start!

Alina from Workshop Vol. 7

Feedback from Alina's mother: I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this incredibly wonderful modeling workshop. Although I was only there as Alina's mother, I enjoyed every minute and was deeply impressed by how professional, warm, and appreciative Juliane and all the other coaches made this workshop. As some of you may already know, I once did a purely online model coaching course that cost TWICE as much (without photos, polaroids, or a portfolio) – and it was absolutely useless to me in comparison. This made it all the more clear to me how exceptional and valuable this coaching at The Model Institute truly is. You all made the right decision – in my opinion, you won't find this level of quality, this atmosphere, and this much genuine knowledge anywhere else on the market. The icing on the cake, of course, were the photos and the real casting. If I had known... I would have loved to have participated properly! A huge thank you to Juliane and everyone involved in Vol. 7 who made this workshop so special. I sincerely hope that this wonderful group continues in the future and that we can continue to support and motivate each other! Thank you so much for this amazing experience!
